Moving Through Math- 2019/20
"Moving Through Math" is an arts integrated approach to teaching that lays a strong foundation for students' creative and analytical skills. Students are given the opportunity to deeply explore fundamental mathematical concepts. Learning moves off the paper and into the children's minds and bodies when mathematical
concepts are experienced through rhythm, movement and imagination.

We use Tableau as we work in groups to demonstrate comprehension of our reading. As we narrate the tableau's we locate the evidence of our answers to comprehension questions inside the text. Next, we demonstrate that evidence through action in the tableau.
